Peter Morgan completes Tony Blair trilogy
Peter Morgan will make his directorial debut in his third film about British Prime Minister Tony Blair, tentatively titled The Special Relationship. Other films in the series include TV movie The Deal and the Oscar-winning The Queen. Both times Michael Sheen (Frost/Nixon) portrayed the prime minister. He'll do the same in The Special Relationship. The new movie will focus on the intimate relationship between Blair and Bill Clinton between 1997 and 2000.
