Isla Fisher will voice the female lead in Gore Verbinski's Rango. The Confessions of a Shopaholic star joins previously signed cast members Johnny Depp and Abigail Breslin.

Abigail Breslin books three roles
Abigail Breslin inked deals for three movie projects. She'll co-star with Johnny Depp in the animated adventure Rango for Paramount Pictures, voice the lead character in The Wild Bunch and is in talks to join the horror-comedy Zombieland for Columbia.

Johnny Depp reteams with Gore Verbinski for animated flick
Johnny Depp and director Gore Verbinski, who worked together on Pirates of the Caribbean, will reunite for Rango, an animated pic for Paramount. The studio has already sketched the film in for a March 2011 release. Depp will voice the lead character, Rango, a pet who tries to discover his true self by going on an adventure. The script was written by John Logan (The Aviator).
