Marvel stakes claim on summer 2011
Marvel Studios is officially taking over summer 2011. It was recently announced that Spider-Man 4 will be released on May 6th, Thor on June 17th and The First Avenger: Captain America on July 22nd.

Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau reteam for Avengers
Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Favreau, who joined up for Iron Man and will do it again in Iron Man 2, will reunite for The Avengers, a film about Marvel Stedios' team of superheros. While Downey Jr. will reprise Tony Stark/Iron Man, Favreau will shift from director to executive producer. Don Cheadle, who replaced Terrance Howard in Iron Man 2, also signed on for the Avengers movie.
