Affleck is too Kind

Casey Affleck (Gone Baby Gone) signed on to star in The Kind One, a film adaptation of a 2008 novel by Tom Epperson. Set in 1930s Los Angeles, the film is about an amnesiac (Affleck) who falls in love with the girlfriend of the mobster he works for. Epperson will adapt his novel following the WGA strike.
