Watchmen star heads to another comic book adaptation
Watchmen star Jeffrey Dean Morgan is in talks to star in The Losers for Warner Bros. To be helmed by Sylvain White, the James Vanderbilt-scripted project is about a band of commandos who are to be killed by their own government. The feature is an adaptation of the DC-Vertigo comic book.

WB gets some Losers
Warner Bros. has acquired the rights to the DC Comics property The Losers, with Peter Berg set to write the screenplay and possibly direct. The movie centers on a group of highly skilled CIA officers who are attacked by their own agency and left for dead. They work together to find out why they were betrayed, and in the process they also right any additional wrongs they encounter.
