Indiana Jones Will Be a Dad
Shia LaBeouf (The Greatest Game Ever Played; Transformers) is in final talks to star in Indiana Jones 4 for director Steven Spielberg. He would play the son of archaeologist Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford).

Script Finally Approved for Next Indy Film
After years of development and script after potential script being vetoed, leading many to believe that it would never get off the ground, plans are finally moving forward on the fourth release in the Indiana Jones series. Harrison Ford will reprise his role as the hero and title character, Steven Spielberg will direct, and creator George Lucas continuing his role behind the scenes. The "winning" script was written by David Koepp, whose films include Jurassic Park, Spider-man, and Panic Room. Paramount Pictures is eyeing a worldwide release in May 2008.

Indy back to the drawing board
Steven Spielberg and George Lucas have hired screenwriter Jeff Nathanson (Catch Me If You Can) to give the script for the potential fourth film in the Indiana Jones franchise another go-round. Once complete, the script would have to receive universal approval from Spielberg, Lucas and Harrison Ford before production on the project could even be considered.
