Porno movie downgrades to R rating

Kevin Smith won an appeal against MPAA to earn an R rating for comedy Zack and Miri Make a Porno. The film previously was slapped with an NC-17 adults-only designation. The Weinstein Co. film, starring Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks, is due in theaters on October 31st.
