Michael Moore's follow up to tackle financial crisis, not foreign policy
Michael Moore's sequel to Fahrenheit 9/11 will no longer be about foreign policy. In its place, the director wants to take on the global financial crisis and the U.S. economy. Said Paramount Vantage chief Nick Meyer to The Hollywood Reporter: "This is going to tackle what's going on in the world and America's place in it."

Michael Moore readies his guns for more Bush-bashing
Filmmaker Michael Moore is already at work on a sequel to Fahrenheit 9/11, a popular critical look at the Bush administration that went on to become the most successful documentary in domestic box office history ($119 million). The new film will pick up where the last left off. Since its release, Bush's popularity has plummeted, while the economy continues to falter in a wartime climate. However, this film probably won't play into this year's presidential race since it is expected to be released sometime next year.
