Teen actor Ellison joins family comedy
Chase Ellison will appear in Tooth Fairy, a Fox comedy already starring Dwayne Johnson, Ashley Judd and Julie Andrews. In it, Ellison will play Randy, the son of Judd's character who bonds with his mom's boyfriend, Derek (Johnson) -- whose nickname is "The Tooth Fairy." Production begins Friday in Vancouver.

Studio wants The Rock as its Tooth Fairy
Dwayne Johnson (Witch Mountain) will step into a new arena this August when production begins on The Tooth Fairy, a comedy in which the former wrestling star will play the title character. Helmed by Michael Lembeck (The Santa Claus 3), Johnson will play a man who's selected to help save the tooth fairy kingdom.
