DeVito suits up for Rome role
Danny DeVito (FX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) will do his best to woo Kristen Bell in When in Rome, a romantic comedy from Disney. The vet actor signed on to portray one of the suitors who pursues Bell after her character steals magic coins from the Trevi Fountain in Rome. Production begins this month in New York. Its supporting cast also includes Will Arnett, Josh Duhamel, Jon Heder, Anjelica Huston and Dax Shepard.

Rome signs up one more suitor
Will Arnett, Jason Bateman's scene-stealing magician brother on Fox's Arrested Development, joined the cast of When in Rome. In the film, Arnett will play an Italian artist who pursues a woman (Kristen Bell) after she takes coins from the famed Trevi fountain.

Duhamel, Heder to pursue Bell in romantic comedy
Josh Duhamel (NBC's Las Vegas) and Jon Heder (Blades of Glory) joined the cast of When in Rome, a romantic comedy starring Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) as a woman who is pursued by a band of suitors after she steals magical coins from the Trevi Fountain in Rome. Heder will play a street magician and one of Bell's suitors, while Duhamel will play the romantic lead. Anjelica Huston (The Darjeeling Limited) and Dax Shepard (Without a Paddle) also landed roles in the film. Huston will play Bell's boss, while Shepard will be an aspiring model.

Veronica Mars nabs comedy role
Kristen Bell will reteam with Ghost Rider director Mark Steven Johnson in When in Rome, a romantic comedy for Disney. The story is about a love-starved curator (Bell) who steals magic coins from a fountain and is consequently pursued by a band of suitors, whose coins she took. It is expected to begin production in April.
