Fleming pens a loose sequel
Steve Coogan (Night at the Museum) will star as a high school drama teacher who decides the best way to save his department is to create a musical sequel to Hamlet, based on the premise that no characters died in the original show. Hamlet 2, a comedy written and directed by Andrew Fleming (Nancy Drew), also stars Catherine Keener (The 40-Year-Old Virgin), Amy Poehler (Blades of Glory) and David Arquette (The Darwin Awards).
