Paramount pushes back two movie releases
Fact-based The Soloist is moving again, this time from March 13, 2009 to April 24, 2009. The Jamie Foxx-Robert Downey Jr. flick was originally scheduled to appear in theaters on Nov. 21 of this year. With its new release date, the movie will now open one week before the official start of the summer box office season. Additionally, the Paul Rudd comedy I Love You, Man got bumped from Jan. 16, 2009 to March 20, 2009.

Pressly buddies up with Jones
My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly will play the best friend of Rashida Jones' character in I Love You, Man, a DreamWorks comedy from writer-director John Hamburg (Along Came Polly). The film is about a man (Paul Rudd) who goes on a series of man-dates in order to find his perfect best man in his wedding to Jones' character. Rudd finds his man in Jason Segel (CBS's How I Met Your Mother). Production is expected to begin this month.
