Sarsgaard, Farmiga adopt Fuhrman
Newbie Isabelle Fuhrman was hired to play the mysterious 9-year-old adopted child of Peter Sarsgaard (Rendition) and Vera Farmiga (The Departed) in Orphan. The horror film, helmed by Jaume Collet-Serra, began production last week in Toronto.

Sarsgaard, Farmiga couple up
Peter Sarsgaard (Rendition) and Vera Farmiga (The Departed) will play husband and wife in Orphan, a horror film to be helmed by Jaume Collet-Serra (House of Wax). The film, written by newbie David Leslie Johnson, is about a couple who lose a baby and then adopt a mysterious 9-year-old girl. Shooting is expected to begin next week in Toronto and Montreal.
