Shooting ceases on Gilliam's Imaginarium
Production has halted on Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus following the death of co-lead Heath Ledger. Producers are still uncertain whether to recast Ledger's part or abandon the project completely. The $30 million fantasy movie began production in December in London.

Ledger goes to the Doctor
The man behind Monty Python, Terry Gilliam, has signed up Heath Ledger, Christopher Plummer and Tom Waits to star in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, a fantasy adventure to be directed by Gilliam. Set to begin shooting in London in December, the film follows a doctor who guides the imaginations of others, while dancing with the devil. Lily Cole, Andrew Garfield and Verne Troyer will also appear.
