Ramon Rodriguez has been cast in Taking of Pelham 123, a thriller to be directed by Tony Scott. In it, the actor will play a friend to Denzel Washington's character. John Travolta is also attached to the project.

Travolta hijacks the remake train
John Travolta is in negotiations to star in The Taking of Pelham 123, alongside Denzel Washington. In the Tony Scott-directed remake of the 1974 original film, Travolta will play a subway train hijacker who threatens to kill its passengers if no ransom money is paid. Washington will play a member of security. The film, distributed by Columbia, was written by David Koepp.
