Harden goes to the Cottage
Marcia Gay Harden will star in The Christmas Cottage, a biopic of painter Thomas Kinkade. Jared Padalecki will play the painter and Peter O'Toole is also part of the cast. Harden will play Kinkade's mother. Michael Campus is directing from a script by Ken LaZebnik. Lionsgate is handling the film.

Padalecki is Kinkade
Jared Padalecki ("Supernatural") is set to portray the painter Thomas Kinkade for Lionsgate in the biopic The Christmas Cottage. The movie is inspired by the early life and art of the painter. Peter O'Toole will play an aging mentor who comes to the aid of a family trying to save the only home they have ever known.
