Scott and Torn Scheduled for August
Adam Scott (Knocked Up) and Rip Torn have joined the cast of August, an independent film from writer Howard A. Rodman and director Austin Chick (XX/XY). The drama is about a young dot-com entrepreneur (Josh Hartnett) in New York City who struggles after the stock market begins to falter in the weeks leading up to 9/11/01. Scott will play Hartnett's brother, Torn will be his father, and Naomie Harris (28 Days Later) is also in the cast.
