Aqua Teen Movie to Debut in March
The feature film version of Adult Swim's animated series Aqua Teen Hunger Force will be released this March by First Look Pictures. Written, produced and directed by co-creators Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis, the story will center on the origins of characters Meatwad, Frylock and Master Shake and their fight against an "immortal piece of exercise equipment threatening the balance of galactic peace." Maiellaro and Willis will also be voicing several roles, as well as members of the TV cast annd Bruce Campbell and Rush bandmember Neil Peart. The TV series debuted in 2001 and airs on the Cartoon Network's adult-oriented Adult Swim programming.
