Columbia gets Brothers

Columbia has acquired remake rights to the 2004 Danish film Brothers. David Benioff (Troy) will write the Americanized version of the film. The original film was directed by Susanne Bier and follows two brothers. One of them is sent to Afghanistan to fight, so his black sheep of a brother becomes a caretaker for his wife and child.
