It's a boy for Rocky
Milo Ventimiglia (Jess from Gilmore Girls) has signed on to play the adult son of Rocky Balboa in the next film in the Rocky franchise. The movie will see Sylvester Stallone going back into the ring as the titular boxer. Challenged by personal tragedy, he must fight his own demons to try to overcome a powerful new champion.

Rocky goes another round
Sylvester Stallone will reprise the Rocky Balboa role once again in a movie by the same title. He'll also write and direct, as Columbia Pictures, Revolution Studios and MGM all join forces to add another portion of the story to the saga. In this segment of the boxer's life, he'll be aging and widowed, refusing the opportunity to return to the ring. Burt Young will return to play Paulie, and Roy Jones Jr. is in talks to play Rocky's opponent, Mason Dixon. The franchise has grossed almost $500 million just in the U.S.
