First Look gets a Gift
First Look Media has acquired worldwide distribution rights to the documentary Emmanuel's Gift, and plans to have the film in theaters for a September release. The movie is directed by twin sisters Lisa Lax and Nancy Stern and features narration from Oprah Winfrey. The story centers on a young man named Emmanuel Ofosu Yeboah, who galvanized his country of Ghana by riding his bike across the nation despite having only one leg. He made the journey in an effort to eliminate misconceptions about the disabled.
