Magnolia has a "Pulse"
Magnolia Pictures has acquired English-language distribution rights along with Mexico, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain for the Kiyoshi Kurosawa cult horror hit Pulse. Currently, Bob and Harvey Weinstein's Dimension Films is preparing an American remake of the film for release in Spring of 2005.
The movie centers on a group of friends who find themselves haunted after a friend commits sudden suicide. Eerily, he continues to appear to them via ghostly appearances on computer and video screens.
