Palm sees into The Heart
Palm Pictures has acquired North American rights to distribute Asia Argento's The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things. The movie was adapted by JT Leroy from his own short story collection. The movie will feature Jimmy Bennett, Peter Fonda, Jeremy Renner, Argento, Michael Pitt, Kip Pardue, Winona Ryder and Marilyn Manson. The movie centers on a boy named Jeremiah, who is removed from his foster home and thrown into a tumultous life with his teenage mother. Palm plans to release the film at some point in 2005.
