Palm Pictures is Clean
Palm Pictures has acquired distribution rights to Olivier Assayas' latest film, Clean. The studio previously released the director's demonlover and hopes to have Clean in theaters before the end of 2004. It stars Maggie Cheung as the wife of a rock star who continues to battle drug addiction even after he fatally overdoses. James Dennis, Nick Nolte and Martha Henry also star. Cheung won an acting award for her role at Cannes earlier this year.
