Cage is Next
Nicolas Cage will play a man who can see the future in the action-thriller Next for director Lee Tamahori and Revolution Studios. The film is based on the Philip K. Dick story The Golden Man, and has been adapted to screenplay by Gary Goldman, who previously adapted a Dick tale in Total Recall. In addition to seeing the future, Cage's character will be able to change events before they happen. In the end, he'll be faced with the dilemma of saving the world or saving himself.
