Paramount takes off in Starship Dave
Paramount has purchased the comedy spec script Starship Dave from Rob Greenberg and Bill Corbett. The story for the film begins when a monstrous fireball from space hits NYC's Central Park, but an ordinary man somehow is able to come out of the enormous crater with no injuries. As it turns out, he is a spaceship operated by 100 aliens who are no bigger than 1/4 inch tall and are seeking to find a way to save their own planet. Things become quite complicated when their captain falls for an Earth woman who has a history of chosing relationships with losers.
