Palm takes rights to Cronicas
Palm Pictures has acquired North American and Caribbean rights to the Spanish-language thriller Cronicas, written and directed by Sebastian Cordero. The cast is led by John Leguizamo, Alfred Molina and Damian Alcazar. The film world premiered in Cannes and is set to have its North American debut in Toronto. Cronicas is scheduled to be released in mid-2005. It was shot in Ecuador and centers around a Miami reporter who is engaged in a battle of wits with a serial killer he has been tracking.
