Imaginary Heroes gets wider release in 2005
Following a token awards-qualifying release in December, Imaginary Heroes will be distributed in a limited number of venues beginning February 5, 2005.

SPC has Imaginary Heroes
Sony Pictures Classics has acquired distribution rights for Imaginary Heroes for North America, the UK, Italy and Germany. The film will premiere with a gala screening at the 2004 Toronto International Film Festival and stars Sigourney Weaver, Jeff Daniels, Emile Hirsch and Michelle Williams. Dan Harris, who co-wrote X2: X-Men United, made his directorial debut with the film. The family drama will officially play for one week in December so that it will qualify for awards consideration, followed by a national release in 2005.
