Lucy Dahl is a Wild Child
Working Title Films has picked up the spec script Wild Child from writer Lucy Dahl, the daughter of famous children's author Roald Dahl. Wild Child is a female-driven teen comedy about a Malibu bad girl who is sent to a British boarding school. Dahl went to an English boarding school herself, so she'll almost certainly be familiar with the subject matter. In addition to her famous father, Dahl's mother is Patricia Neal, who won a Best Actress Oscar for her role in the 1963 film Hud.
