Timberlake joins Shrek 3
Justin Timberlake is set to be a part of the voice cast for Shrek 3. His involvement in the project was announced at DreamWorks' Animation Now: Imagination Innovation Inspiration presentation at Lincoln Center, where the singer/actor/boyfriend to Cameron Diaz) acted out a role alongside star Mike Myers. Along with Myers, Diaz, and Timberlake, Eddie Murphy and Antonio Banderas will be back for the roles they originated in earlier films. Timberlake will play Artie, King Harold's rebellious nephew.

Shrek 3 moves to 2007
In the aftermath of Pixar's announcement that Cars will be moved to June of 2006, DreamWorks has shifted the release of the next film in the Shrek series from December of 2006 to May of 2007.
