Monaghan aboard Syriana
Michelle Monaghan, who recently had a small role in The Bourne Supremacy, has joined the ensemble cast of Warner Bros.' Syriana. Stephen Gaghan is directing the film from his own screenplay, inspired by CIA agent Robert Baer's memoirs, See No Evil: The True Story of a Foot Soldier in the CIA's War on Terrorism. She joins a cast that includes Bourne co-star Matt Damon, George Clooney, Amanda Peet, Max Minghella and Greta Scacchi.

Scacchi travels to Syriana
Greta Scacchi has landed a role in writer/director Stephen Gaghan's political drama Syriana. She'll co-star alongside Matt Damon, George Clooney and Amanda Peet and will play Clooney's embittered wife. Syriana is based on the memoirs of CIA operative Robert Baer.
