First Look hooks a Fish
First Look Studios has acquired domestic distribution rights to Little Fish, a film that stars Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, Sam Neill, Martin Henderson and Dustin Nguyen. Rowan Woods directs the film about an ex-junkie who is looking for a new start, but is instead talked into going forward with one final criminal outing. Jacqueline Perskie wrote the script, and First Look is planning to release it in March.

Nyugen is a Little Fish
Dustin Nguyen is set to join the cast of Little Fish for Porchlight Films. The film stars Cate Blanchett and will be directed by Rowan Woods from a screenplay by Jacqueline Perske. The story centers around Blanchett's character, a former drug addict trying to rebuild her life. Nguyen will play Blanchett's former lover, a stockbroker who was heavily into drugs in the past. Other cast members include Martin Henderson, Hugo Weaving and Sam Neill. The movie is set in Sydney, Australia.
