Gold Circle gets Sassy
Gold Circle Films has acquired remake rights to the South Korean romantic comedy My Sassy Girl, a project that was recently put into turnaround by DreamWorks. Gurinder Chadha is directing the film from a screenplay by Vic Levin. The charming South Korean film tells the story of a goofy young man who falls in love with a loud-mouthed, aggressive girl who doesn't seem to have much trouble making her weird requests public.
