Does the phrase "From the writer of You, Me and Dupree" pique your interest? Do your ears perk up whenever you hear someone say "From the director of Garfield"? If the answer to these questions is in the affirmative, then have we got the movie for you! The Lonely Maiden stars Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman, and William H. Macy as security guards in a museum who, when they find out that the paintings they watch over are being transferred to a new museum, hatch a plan to steal them back.

While the cast is certainly impressive and capable of fantastic work, we have our doubts as to whether Walken, Freeman, and Macy are going to be submitting their best work for this comedy. Consider the fact that the body of work for these three actors in 2007 included The Bucket List, Wild Hogs, and Balls of Fury, and you'll realize that just because the cast is talented doesn't mean one should have high hopes for this movie. On the other hand, of course, actual quality has very little to do with a film's success at the box office, and thus it remains to be seen whether this film can find a niche for itself tiding audiences over until Night at the Museum 2.
