Chris Evans (Fantastic Four) stars in this film as a wealthy but strung-out 20-something. Finding his life to be meaningless, he sets off on a massive drug binge from which he awakes to discover that his only true love is about to leave him forever. His ex-girlfriend is moving from New York to Los Angeles, where he'll be unlikely to ever see her again. Syd has but one hope - perhaps he can win her back at her going-away party.

After stocking up on some cocaine, Syd heads off to the party with new friend/English banker Bateman (Jason Statham). As the evening continues and Syd takes numerous bathroom breaks for drug usage, it becomes clear that his relationship troubles involve more than simple girlfriend troubles. He's a young man desperately in need of redemption, but at the same time, he sees his situation as futile. Will he be able to emerge from the dark path he's been following? (Kim Hollis/BOP)
