Originally premiering at the Sundance Film Festival, Punks is a look into the lives of four gay African-American men in LA. This low-budget romantic comedy is one of the first movies to ever tackle the themes and settings of gay African-American men. First-time director Patrik-Ian Polk also wrote this story, which focuses on four men whose different personalities and experiences help each other grow and find their place in the world romantically and emotionally.
