Heather Graham again takes the indie film route with Cake, where she will play a free-spirited travel writer and adventurer with a phobia of relationships. When she accepts an offer to take over her father's business, a conservative bridal magazine known as Wedding Bells, she finds her irrational fears being seriously tested.

Also onboard the project are Sandra Oh, who was extremely engaging as the pregnant friend in the Diane Lane starrer Under the Tuscan Sun, and Emmy-nominee Cheryl Hines of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Hines will play the boss of Graham's character. The charming David Sutcliffe, who was delightful as Christopher on Gilmore Girls, will have a supporting role as well.
