Super couple David E. Kelley and Michelle Pfeiffer have been married for just over a decade now. Since Kelley has used up all of the normal anniversary presents, the master honeydripper has come up with a clever new angle to seduce the missus. He's written a movie just for her.
Chasing Montana will be the duo's first collaborative effort. Kelley wrote the project specifically for his better half and let's be honest here. What could possibly be more romantic than that? The details of the plot sound semi-autobiographical at first glance but only the two of them know for sure. A father/daughter tandem of doctors choose to vacation in a rustic part of Montana. While there, the duo winds up having a series of epiphanies about their lives. This period of self-discovery has a profound impact on their relationship as well as each person's outlook on life.
Here's hoping that Chasing Montana is much closer to being Picket Fences than The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire. Or had you already forgotten that one? (David Mumpower/BOP)
