William Keane (Damian Lewis) is a man in his early 30s who is dealing with the loss of his daughter at a Port Authority bus terminal in New York City. The problem is, Keane is contending with a serious case of schizophrenia, which means that it is uncertain whether his lost daughter really exists or if she is simply a figment of his imagination. Furthermore, he develops an interest in helping young girls who remind him of his daughter, but it is unclear whether he is doing so out of fatherly impulse or if it is the result of a darker motive.

Reviews for the film note that it evolves as a "slice of life". Since he's guided by the strange voices in his head, this might not make for the most uplifting or easy viewing experience. Still for those who enjoy experimental and unique films, Keane should be an intriguing indie production. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
