This doesn't look like a very fun theme park.

On the Big Board
Position Staff In Brief
1/104 David Mumpower I kept waiting for something to beat it, but this white hot action film with a perfect sense of humor stands atop 2009.
10/82 Kelly Metz I usually hate these kind of movies. This was just plain friggin' hilarious, though. Woody Harrelson was a trip, and the 5-minute cameo was probably the best part of the movie.
15/169 Max Braden Rent this and have a group of friends over, it's a lot of fun. Woody is great, and I like Emma Stone. Great cameo, too. For a more serious take on the same story, see Chris Pine in Carriers. For
17/38 John Seal Extremely well marketed serio-comic, indie-style road movie

Digg Button
Although zombies started out as one of the scarier new genre of horror films after George Romero re-invented them in the 60s, filmmakers have in recent years increasingly looked at them as a source of comedy. That's the angle of Zombieland, directed by music video director and TV producer Ruben Fleischer.

Woody Harrelson stars as Albuquerque, the "most frightened person on Earth", drafted as an unlikely savior for a band of people to lead them to safety. Scripters are Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, probably known most for the Joe Schmoe Show, so expectations needn't be that high, at least until we see some footage. Also starring is Jesse Eisenberg, who had kind of dropped off our radar after a couple of brilliant turns in Roger Dodger and The Squid and the Whale. (Reagen Sulewski/BOP)
