Oh Eddie Griffin, you're better than this. |
Redline is a movie about fast cars. And really, that's about all you need to know, as nothing much is happening outside of really great-looking vehicles and some stunning looking women. The film features the car collection of Daniel Sadek and gained a bit of notoriety when footage of Eddie Griffin crashing a Ferrari Enzo from the film aired only a couple of weeks before Redline's release. There is still debate as to whether the accident was staged or not, but it didn't particularly help Redline's box office any.
Along with Griffin, other stars of the film include Angus Macfadyen (Alias), and Nadia Bjorlin, probably best known for playing Chloe on Days of Our Lives. The real stars, though, are the vehicles, which means that Redline appeals to a fairly limited demographic. We're glad Undercover Brother didn't get hurt in his accident, though. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
