Frodo is back and this time, he's pissed off and violent.

Elijah Wood, perhaps seeking to establish himself as more than just a ring bearer, will headline this production. He portrays a Harvard undergraduate who is wrongfully expelled from school due to the duplicitous actions of a golden boy classmate. Jaded and bored, the young man seeks out new forms of mischief.

The character moves to London, where he meets up with another disaffected youth. This Englishman introduces the ex-Harvard kid to the underground movement of soccer hooliganism, taking him into a downward spiral of destruction.

Claire Forlani has been added to the cast. She will play the married sister of the Woods character with Marc Warren portraying her husband. Terence Jay has been given the role of the Harvard kid who gets the Woods character expelled. Charlie Hunnam of the unjustly cancelled Fox show, Undeclared, takes on the key role of the Brit no-good-nik who corrupts the Harvard boy. (David Mumpower/BOP)
